Swiss antitrust officials posses charged the three essential makers of erectile dysfunctional drugs of a price-fixing cartel. The three are Bayer (Levitra), Pfizer (Viagra), and Eli Lilly (Cialis). According to the Swiss officials, the three companies locate and enforced agnate "recommended prices" for their narcotic that resulted in no cost competition, higher prices, and higher profits.The companies are denying it, and they bear less than a month to reinstate the charges. Such subtle price-fixing is solid to pursue, in that setting duplicate prices is a relatively subtle circumstance that is oppressive to detect and harder to prosecute.
